I'm on my 6th mask (3 nasal, 2 full-face, 1 hybrid) and 2nd CPAP (Remstar Plus M, with humidifier) since June 2008, and my doctor (sleep specialist) and equipment supplier are stumped -- I still average 4-6 hours' sleep each night. Nasal pillows (Respironic Comfort Gel full-nose; ResMed Mirage...

Any thoughts out there about what the new regulations on in home sleep studies. I think a lot of people will choose to have their study done at home vs. the lab. I like the idea but wonder if you can really obtain the smae information as you would in a lab. Would love to hear some feedback
