I have previously been on a C-PAP machine for 8 years and never gotten relief. I was then given a BI-PAP machine. This has helped a bit. The issue is that I need the machines humidity level set at "5" at night or I wake up with severe dry mouth. The problem arises if I do set it at 5 then about...

Is a perscription needed for filter and replacement parts such as the forehead gel piece? An answer would be appreicated as I am a new user to this site. Thank again, Kim

Thank you for your questions. I would contact Respironics Tech Support for that questions. The number is 800-345-6443 I would suggest changing your filters out more frequently. You may want to check the filters for heating and air conditioning in your home also. It has been a very rough year for allergy...
