In response to this problem, we are debuting this program as a solution that will allow you, the DME provider, to purchase the necessary supplies through our site, pay for those supplies via credit card, and specify the shipping address of your patient for direct, advertisement free shipping from CPAP Supply USA to the patient's home.

Please Note:CPAP Supply USA can only ship directly to the end user of these supplies, your patient. For machine purchases we will require a copy of the patient's prescription or sleep study. We also guarantee that no literature bearing the name 'CPAP Supply USA' or 'cpapsupplyusa.com' will be included with the shipment.

Direct-to-Patient Shipping: How it Works

  • First, you will be required to contact the director of Direct-to-Patient Shipping, Kristen Perkins (kperkins@cpaphealthcare.com), to establish an online account for your DME company. Kristen will provide you with full program details, as well as provide you with a CPAPSupplyUSA.com login and password for your Direct-to-Patient Shipping acount.

  • After your account is established, you will be able to visit our site at any time to place orders for shipping to your patient. CPAP Supply USA always carries a wide variety of products, including machines, masks, supplies, and parts, by every major manufacturer in-stock and is constantly updating the site with the newest products available in sleep therapy. If there is a specific product you need that we do not have available, we will work with our inventory manager to try and order that product.

  • After you place and pay for the order (indicating the patient's shipping address in the 'Shipping Information:' checkout field), we immediately begin to prep that order for shipment. Generally, supply orders placed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. will be shipped that same day. Machine orders will ship based on when the prescription is received (we accept prescriptions and sleep studies via fax or email). Shipping is a flat fee of $8 for any orders under $99, and FREE for orders over $99. Shipments will not include any mention of CPAP Supply USA or our website.

  • As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to bill the patient's insurance company immediately using the provided shipment tracking number.

  • Your patient will then receive the supplies at their home with no knowledge that they came from us. The completed transaction only requires one order and one shipment through our fully automated Direct-to-Patient Shipping account login and checkout procedures.
