CPAP Supply USA now has a customer rewards program called Loyalty Points. We honor our repeat customers and hope to make your next purchase just as friendly and easy as the first.

Loyalty Points are easy to obtain. When you place an order either through our automated shopping cart or by calling us, you will automatically receive 1 loyalty point for each $50 you spend. Each point is worth $1 in discounts on your next order.

Of course, there are a few rules and policies that are associated with the program.
  • Because of special considerations for manufacturer pricing schedules, points can only be redeemed by calling our customer service representatives to place an order. To place an order, call 1-866-560-CPAP.
  • Points are automatically obtained on any order you place online, or when providing your account username to our customer service representatives.
  • Points are not earned on shipping costs.
  • Points CAN be used to reduce shipping costs on new orders.
  • Points are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
  • Points are redeemed at the discretion of CPAP Supply USA.
  • Points are only awarded on new orders and will not be awarded on the same order if points are redeemed.
  • An account with our website must be created or used when placing an order to earn points. Points will not be awarded after the fact.
  • Note: At this time, Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed on ResMed products.

Not sure of how many points you have already earned? Just log in to your account with your username and password and your points are viewable at the top of the screen.
