Shipping Policy and Procedures

What is STANDARD SHIPPING?
Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option we will use either FedEx Home Delivery or the United States Post Office to ship your package. We will make this determination based on speed and cost effectiveness. For orders over $99, this service is free. For orders ranging from $0-$24.99, the fee is a flat rate of $5.88 and for orders ranging from $25-$98.99, the standard cost of shipping any package is $8.88. Please note: Offer for free standard shipping is only valid in the continental United States (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). CPAP Supply USA will ship internationally, but a shipping rate is to be paid by the customer on all orders regardless of price. Rates are determined during checkout and are based on package weight and delivery location.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3:30pm EST/EDT Monday through Friday will be shipped that day via chosen shipping choice. Orders placed after 3:30pm Monday through Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day. If any orders are not available or on backorder, the customer will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible. All calculations for expedited delivery are based on business days only. Saturday delivery is available with express shipping, but at an extra charge. To choose this delivery method, you must speak with a customer service representative. Remember that FedEx Ground service always includes Saturday delivery, but expedited options do not.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery service will deliver on Saturdays, but not Mondays. Expedited shipping occurs Monday through Friday, with Saturday delivery being available in some areas at an additional cost. If you want to guarantee Saturday shipping, you MUST call us for accurate shipping details.

How much does shipping cost?
CPAP Supply USA is happy to now offer free standard (2-10 business day arrival time) shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate of $8.88 for standard shipping, and orders under $25 will be charged $5.88. All customers have the ability to upgrade shipping to our FedEx expedited options at an additional cost. These express costs are dependent on package weight and ship-to address. To find these costs please add the desired items to your cart and initiate checkout to see published rates. We reserve the right to choose a shipping method when orders are shipped free. We may send items without tracking information via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available via FedEx International. Package rates are based on weight and delivery locale. FedEx rates include brokerage fees, but do not include local taxes and/or tariffs. Additional charges may apply upon delivery of your package to your country. Local Customs offices should be contacted in advance to determine additional import fees or tariffs. If you need help, please contact the FedEx International office in your country, or go to www.fedex.com.

Special Delivery Notice for CPAP/BiPAP Machines
NOTE: ORDERS CONTAINING CPAP/BIPAP MACHINES WILL BE MARKED TO RECEIVE ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE PREPARE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE MACHINES SHIPPED TO A LOCATION WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE IT. FEDEX WILL NOT LEAVE PACKAGES UNATTENDED THAT ARE MARKED FOR SIGNATURE.
