I prefer this Swift LT to the Swift FX because the LT's fabric straps are softer and pleasant to wear, and because the LT does not bind on the top of the ear. The LT can be removed instantly in one motion. With the LT the user can choose to clip the small hose to the top or let it rest on the side. When clipped to the top, changing sides in bed is very easy, as the hose is not near the arms or chest. The hose does not really pull at the nasal pillow. The connection clipped at the top stays put. It is also possible to clip the mask to the small hose or the large hose if desired. My DME told me that this mask can't be disassembled but that is obviously wrong, as all parts are easily taken apart for cleaning and reassembled. The hose swivel is not quite as free to turn as with the FX, but this is a minor point.

I usually do not sleep standing up so I do not feel the 6' hose pulling down on the mask. I also can read so I know the max setting is 20 and not 12. My hose lays on my bed and then connects to to the mask hose at the top of my head and allows me finally to sleep on both sides. I also like the new air flow direction. Before it would blow on my arms when I slept on my side. Love the mask and slept on my right side for the first time in many years. Never going back to the Swift II and getting tangled in my tubing everytime I turned over. If I want the strap on the side so it is not floppy I just use the velcro tube strap from my old mask so it is now held on the side like my old mask.

I loved this mask and wore it for about two years. It was the most comfortable ever, and I have tried many over the years. Unfortunately I needed to use a chin strap to keep my mouth closed. The strap irritated my skin after a while and I had to go back to a full face mask.

Great mask. I love the double seal on the nasal pillows

I like this mask. I don't mind the weight of the hose. I can wear this mask and the aloha with no problems. This one is a little harder to take apart, but it's a good mask. It's a very good mask

Most comfortable mask. This is the 3rd one that I've ordered. You won't change me to anything else.
I like this mask, I just wish the headgear was a little bit bigger.

Check out the design... A 6' CPAP hose is heavy. This adds a mass of weight at the top of the mask. This weight tugs at the nasal inserts breaking the air seal frequently. The sagittal (center facial) tube mount is floppy, putting all the hose weight at the top of the head, making it awkward to wear. A max air pressure of 12..? Please!!! The double lined nasal pillows are an "interesting" touch but I have to stick with Swift Mask II.
