This mask is a good mask, it is one of the only mask that work on me. Through the night the top strap gives a little and becomes loose. You really need to install the correct pillows and adjust the mask to make it work correctly, and once you do it works great. With this mask you are able to turn over at night on both sides, but at times if you do not adjust correctly it will leak air and wake you do to the noise.

Very light, comfortable and easy to get used to. I've only been using a CPAP for about 2-1/2 months and tried a couple of designs and the Swift FX was head and shoulders above the others. Two things I've noticed; inflate the mask before positioning in the nose and you won't have to set the straps as tight to get a good seal, especially if you use the "ramp" feature and make sure the "flaps" inside the tubes which insert into your nose are down (these can get flipped up into the pillow and prevent the pillow from inflating and sealing properly).

Love this mask. Doesn't have anything to leave marks on your forehead or on your face the next morning. Get a good night sleep, no matter what position you sleep in during the night.

I have been using a cpap for several years now. I have used the swift, swift 2, the LT and one other type of mask. This is by far the best mask I have ever used. It is comfortable, does not leak and you can roll from side to side without the mask leaking. My setting is on 15 so it has been a challenge to get a mask that would seal correctly all night. My wife just started using a cpap and got this mask also. She has never complained of discomfort or leaking. It only took her a few days to get use to the cpap with this mask.

I have used a Bi-Pap machine for 14 years. This FX system is the best ever. It combines the best of a soft pillow mask with the flexibility of a nasal mask. I require high pressure and this works perfect with my settings. On a trip I had to use one of my older masks and couldn't wait to get back to the FX.

New users, this is the #1 mask. No guessing game as to what size you need. On your first initial order you get all 3 sizes. You get to pick what fits you best.

I really like this mask! I have had several different types of masks but have had trouble since I am a side sleeper. With this mask you can sleep on either side and on your back without it getting in the way. Also, it stays in place and doesn't hurt or rub.

The large pillows cut into my lip causing pain. the small unit delivers too little air and is too closely spaced for my needs, even tho i enlarged the openings a bit for better flow. if they designed the pillows more egg shaped so a flatter edge rests against your face

Tried this one for a while after using the Swift II for years. This one always seems to loosen up and leak (waking me up). It has also made my nose sore...back to the Swift II.

I have had this for 6 months and I can sleep in any position. I can almost sleep with my face in my pillow. I got the cpap wipes with this and found they are not good for the nose pillows as the cleaner will irratate the nasel passage. In 6 months the pillows show little wear and seem like they will last a long time. For the first time in over 20 years something sized SMALL was the correct fit for me. Also my pressure is set at 16 and this was the only pillow that could handel the pressure.

This mask is awesome. Been a happy Swift FX user since it's introduction a couple years ago. My Swift is now aging, wasn't looking for a something else but always curious about something new/better. The Fisher Paykel Pilairo came highly recommended so I thought I would give something new a try just to see what's out there. Upon receipt I hooked the Pilairo up and immediately noticed that it is a lot noisier than the Swift. I liked how comfortable it felt, it is at least as comfy as the FX, maybe even slightly better, but I simply couldn't overcome the noise level compared to the quiet FX. My wife even commented on the noise of the Pilairo immediately and didn't think she could handle listening to the Pilairo all night. It was also excessive for me and after only 10 minutes I had to shut things down and switched back to the FX. So, never even slept with it, not gonna work for me due to the high noise level. I also had concerns that the pillows, they don't seem like they will be very durable, the material that inflates is more like a thin latex glove matarial (slightly thicker than a glove but not much) and looks like it could tear easily. Anyway, back to the awesome Swift FX. Maybe some day someone will develop something better but for me the Swift FX is the best nasal pillows mask out there. Comfortable, light weight, very seldom leaks (and I sleep on my side and belly a fair amount) and it's super quiet... The Pilairo is on its way back, thank goodness I got the mask assurance this time.

I used an OPUS mask for years with a CPAP and The OPUS and I argued frequently. When I got my BPAP machine I was also given a Swift FX and initially I had a little trouble getting it to fit properly. When I did get it adjusted I found it is the BEST mask I have ever used. It is very comfortable and getting a good seal is effortless.

Most comfortable mask I've ever used but no matter how I adjust it I can't get it to stop leaking numerous times through the night.I believe it's too flexable.

I tried to like this mask. Overall, it was very comfortable. However, I experienced discomfort from my nostril being sensitive after a week use. I believe this was due to no support for the hose. With the hose laying freely, it put added pressure on outer/upper side of my nostrils that later become sensitive. I tried securing the hose like the LT or II, but it just did not work out. I went back to the Swift II and all is good. I really wanted to like the FX, but maybe I'll try the LT.

Great mask - just fit up right with the correct pillow and lights out. Have total movement and little or no problem with almost any sleep position. Best I have used in 10 years of using a machine.

I've been on CPAP for 12 years. I have tried every type of mask there is. This is by far the best I have ever used. I can even sleep on my stomach with this mask. No marks on your face when you wake up, extremely light weight and seals perfectly for me. Very quiet.

Best mask I have ever used...would get 5 stars if it came with an attachment to keep tube on top of head as do virtually all other masks. hould come with such an attachment.

"Having used the Swift for two years, I decided to try the Swift FX - very, very comfortable."

Very good mask, I've been using it for over a year. The only problem I've had is that my head size is small for a man and after the headgear stretches some (it stretches too much, I think) I have the top part nearly all the way tight and the back part with velcro MORE than fully tight and it now doesn't always stay put and the end of the straps stick out. Need new headgear but just the headgear is almost as expensive as a new mask, so might as well get a new one. They should offer a smaller size headgear, maybe I'll buy the ladies model. The short flex hose works very well. For the new P10, I haven't tried it but don't see how the non-adjustable headgear is really going to work as it will likely stretch over time and then have to replace fairly soon. I'll stick with the Swift FX.

Straps do not stay put. They slide off when you move at night.

The best one I have tried between three different mask I’ve had the last 3 years. Its light weight and I'm still able to move around or watch tv with face part being so open .

The most comfortable nose pillow i gave worn to date. Light and minimal restricitions as I sleep at night. But this mask is not perfect for instance the top strap easily comes loose during the night and most annoying feature are the series of vent holes that blow on my arm or hand in the middle of the night. I suggest ResMed fit this section with a snap on diffuser to off-set the continuos venting air.

Not impressed. Product cheapening dept prevailed on this one- twists, leaks. Used three nights than went back to my original, well worn Resmed pillows that are now discontinued.
