The N10 was good, and the N20 is even better. No problems with leaks, even with a mustache, no "mask marks" to speak of, easy to snap the cushion into the frame, even in the dark, and I really like the short, lightweight transitional tube. The N20 cushions seem a bit pricey, but they last a long time. I wash mine every morning and they last for about three months. I get numbers down in the 0.X to 1.X range sometimes, and rarely worse than 3.5. When it's worse, I don't think it's ever been the mask's fault. Masks are a personal thing, so I can't say an N20 will definitely work for you, but I've tried quite a few masks, and the N20 definitely works for me. Here's probably another personal thing: what I like about nasal masks is they don't make me feel like a dog with its head out the car window, if you know what I mean--I mention this last thing mainly for anyone who's new to CPAP.

Love this mask. Very comfortable with no leaks. My favorite part is the magnetic closure which is easy for off/on placement and quick release. I have been wearing CPAP masks for over 19 years, and this is my favorite so far!!

The mask is nice and light. It is very comfortable to wear. The problem is that since there is no diffuser on the holes for the air to escape you get a nice jet of air blowing out all night this jet of air keeps my wife up if I turn towards her or wakes me up if my arm gets in the way of it. The other problem with this jet of air is that if your blanket or pillow get in the way it creates a really loud wind noise. I also find that the mask doesn't hold the humidity form the humidifier very well. These problems could all be solved if the mask had a diffuser over the air escape holes. I am going back to my old mask. I have used this mask for about six months.

I don't know if they'll post two reviews from the same person, but I forgot to mention an important thing in my first review. This will mainly be relevant to people who've used the N10. The venting on the N20 is quite different, and in my view, much better. It vents more straight out the front and away from the user's face and (especially) eyes. My wife hasn't complained, so I guess there's no downside to this difference.

An unsolicited review by a user of two weeks: This is the most comfortable, effective mask I have ever used! Excellent design. Works very well for me even with my moustache - I recommend it highly. Craig

Been using masks and CPAP for about 20 years. This is by far the best mask that I have ever had. Looking to get a 2nd one for my travel needs also.
