  • Delivers a dispersed flow of airway pressure
  • Relies on ergonomic and adjustable cheek pads (not the nose) to support the seal and further eliminate unnecessary nostril irritation, pressure or pulling
  • Includes 3-size cushions, headgear, and exclusive tubing system
  • Provides a lightweight and flexible connection to the device that is less likely to pull on the interface or disrupt the seal
  • Offers a less medical-looking, innovative and compact design that allows unlimited patient visibility for reading or watching television before going to sleep
  • Packaged within an attractive pouch for convenient travel
  • CANNOT BE USED WITH THE FISHER & PAYKEL 600 SERIES OR THE PURITAN BENNETT 420S, 420E, and 425 CPAP AND BILEVEL MACHINES (any machine with pressure line tubing).

Comfort Curve is the Best I have used since they discontinued the Monarch Nose Pillow. The gel cheek pads irritate my skin but the foam pads don't bother me. I prefered the Monarch but it seems like when you have something that works well they always discontinue that model. They should go back to offering the Monarch again but the Comfort Curve is the next best thing.

I too had difficulty at first. I am 6.4 in and weigh 240 lbs. So, I thought I needed the Large nose piece. Whistled and so I tightened straps until they were not comfortable. Mistake on my part. I tried the Medium after several months. PERFECT. No leak and I loosened the straps. No leak, no whistle. So much better than the 3 other masks I have tried. Best ever.

I knew this was a great mask from day 1 - no claustrophobia, can sleep in any position, and it stays in place when you roll over. Have seen some bad reviews, but it works flawlessly for me!

I have used the Comfort Curve for over a year. In 12 years of C-pap this mask is the nearest to 'comfortable' that I have found, and fewer troubles with leaks. Pros: Does not reshape my face or lips or nares as some of the other masks. Good seal, Can sleep on my side or even stomach. Small and lightweight for travel. Cons: Both the silicone and the foam pads irritate my skins (so I have made a small cloth sleeve to cover and prevent skin contact. The cheek covers fall off too easily - I have lost two already. The cheek frame should be adjustable to fit the width of users face - I have relatively broad cheekbones and wish I could widen the frame a bit more. Overall, it is so far the best mask I have used (though I'm still on a search for a genuinely comfortable mask)

After suffering through years of the comfort gel masks this one is far superior. No more red marks in the middle of your forehead in the morning. I did have to try a couple of the nasal pillows to find the one that would give the best seal. The only drawback is that when I lay on my side the cheek pads tend to press and can be uncomfortable. I have enjoyed the best nights of sleeping in a long time since I switched to the comfort curve.

All-in-all the best I have tried. Needs a few modifications. Cheek pads fall off too easily. Angle adjustments too easily change all by themselves. Good value, great for reading, I found if I tethered the hose to the headboard it was perfect for moving easily in the bed.

Adjusting straps pretty tight got good seal and could sleep on my back or side, but the cheek pads were not very comfortable. However, what will make me to probably use my return insurance is the whistling noise it makes after a while (maybe as humidity accumulates?) Tried it for several nights and after each 30-60 min. of use had to go back to my trusted Comfort Gel because of this whistle. This happens with a pressure setting of 11/8 cm, gets worse with higher pressure.

Comfort Curve is a good mask. The best was the Monarch. The Monarch was the best ever but as usual, when something works well they discontinue it. They should go back to the Monarch mask and it would be a good seller. Now I understand they have discontinued the Comfort Curve too. You should review your marketing people and make some changes. Foam cheek pads are the best, the gel one's irritate the skin. Get real people, if you have a good mask, keep it on the market !

Comfortable overall, easy to use once you fit it properly. If you have a smaller nose this may not be for you as the smallest cushion is Small, no XS or Petite, & the seal may not work well if the cushion size is iffy. I would gladly order a replacement cushion if a smaller size were available as overall I like this mask, but I will probably replace it for the size issues.

Silent, comfortable, light, helps you get used to using a CPAP. A must to have. Hours of your life will be more enjoyable with it.

couldn't get the seal to be as tight as I would normally like, but could be a comfortable, mask... I guess. Not a bad design just not the easiest to use.
