Absolutely the most comfortable and QUIET interface I've ever worn. No irritation to the inside of my nose, no pesky leaks around my mouth and no pressure sore on the bridge of my nose. Tube management is a breeze as well.

The mask is very light and quiet. I had problems with it leaking. I sleep on my side most of the night and the pressure from my pillow seemed to push the nose piece enough to cause leaks. The head strap could use some improvement. If you move a lot while you sleep it creep up and off your head. Tightening it too much cuts down on your air flow. Sleeping on your side cuts down on the air flow. The side tubes of the mask could be a little larger to minimize the lose of pressure for us side sleepers.

The head strap is forever sliding off my head. I must roll my head a lot while sleeping. When the head strap slides off my head, the nose pillow comes undone. It needs improvement. The nose pillow is terrific.

Was skeptical at first. The mask takes some time and effort to adjust properly. Also takes a lot of getting use to the style. But after the first night, had a sound sleep. And my number was below 5.

I have been using a CPAP machine for over 20 years. I have tried many different masks, and this is the best one I have ever used. As mentioned by one previous reviewer, the head strap has a tendency to creep up during the night, which will allow the mask to leak. It becomes second nature to readjust it without waking up all the way. If not for that definitely a 5-star rating.

I've been using a F&P Simplus full face mask for years, but am in search of something that doesn't go across the bridge of my nose. The interchangeable Dreamwear products really got my attention. I first tried the Dreamwear nasal mask, knowing that I'd need to use a chin strap to keep my mouth closed enough for it to work. I maintained a seal with the nasal mask and didn't experience any irritation under the nose. The frame was comfortable while sleeping on my side, except that my chin strap added pressure where it intersected with the frame at my temples. I decided to invest in the Dreamwear full face cushion and headgear, hoping that I could forego the chin strap, thus avoiding the uncomfortable pressure at my temples. I have a small head/slender neck and very short lower jaw, which is the primary cause of my obstructive sleep apnea. Full face masks tend to lose their seal at the bridge of my nose or below my mouth because my lower jaw doesn't jut forward enough to align the vertical dimensions of the mask - see-sawing on my cheek bones. Unfortunately, I experienced a similar problem with the Dreamwear full face mask. Either I lost a seal under the nose or under the mouth. I also experienced quite a bit of skin irritation on the underside of the nose (septum area). I love the light weight qualities of the frame and masks, as well as the location of the hose connection. Compared to my previous mask, there's a bit more noise produced upon inhalation or exhalation, but not enough to disturb my ability to sleep. Pay close attention to the sizing of the frame, not just the sizing of the nasal or full face cushions.

Absolutely the most comfortable and QUIET interface I've ever worn. BUT, the straps slide all over in the night and the weight of the hose on the top of my head pulls the strap too tight. It also catches my hair a lot while trying to fasten the hose.

Fell apart after two hours. Wasted my money. Made for people who don't move when asleep.

I have been using this mask for a while, & I agree with others the strap moves during the night, I also sleep on my side and at times I also have to readjust the strap. When this happens too many times during the night I switch masks. I need to get a New Head Strap.

Been using since April, not too bad. It does move up on the back my head some during the night. then I find myself, waking up just to adjusting it. The tubing gets stuck either under the pillows or above the head of the bed. It is very light but it does leave marks on your face, like the other cpap masks do. Just under the nose and on the cheeks. I also am a side sleeper then turned to a back sleeper. Don't know why. Just happened.
