Over all this mask is great "But" nothing is absolutely perfect. Comes close though. First, the bottom straps slide up at night and hurt the bottom of my ears. Second, the little filter/defuser going towards the hose needs to be replaced very often and getting replacement filter/defuser is not easy at all. If you don't replace these, they get dirty and will wake you up with a high pitched sound like a mosquito so be aware of these and get plenty of the oblong filter/defusers when acquiring this mask.

Previous nasal masks and nasal pillow devices were easily dislodged during sleep. I've been using the Eson for two weeks and haven't had to re-adjust the mask once! I love it!

I find this mask to be as comfortable as a mask can be. I move around a lot and it stays sealed pretty well.

This mask has a headgear with zero elasticity and too many straps to adjust. The "velcro” connectors for the straps wear down too quickly so they don’t stick after a few weeks use. The cushion over the nose relies on an air gap between thin soft plastic sheeting material. Unless I manage to adjust the straps perfectly I am bothered by feeling the hard plastic frame hitting the bridge of my nose. (I tried assize large instead of medium but then there was too much air leakage.) The nose part needs to be replaced monthly. The various parts of the mask (headgear, soft plastic nose covering, and hard plastic frame, come apart and can be separately replaced. But getting a replacement nose piece to attach to the hard frame is tricky. More than once I thoughtI had attached it and discovered it fell off when I moved around in bed.

While I found the mask just okay comfort-wise, it tends to "sing" if it gets a little moisture inside it. It was loud enough to wake me. Cannot recommend.

What an improvement! Wonderful mask--fits easily and seals beautifully. Best I have ever worn.

This is the best fitting mask that I have found, it does come very close to perfect. Very comfortable and works with high pressure at least for me.

Been on CPAP for 8 months. This is my fourth mask. I'm an active sleeper with a full moustache. Seal is excellent. It usually takes me about a week to get used to a new mask. Light and comfortable with good visibility. You can even use your glasses if you hook them backwards and flip them right (may take practice). I use a heated hose so hose drag is noticeable unless you use a a hose suspension system to lift hose up and over your head. My best mask so far.

Be careful buying the same size of your previous mask. Bought this to replace a Respironics , small, and this mask in small was so small it fit inside the other one.You can't see this without opening package because the mask ships encased in a plastic shell. Luckily it's a one size fits all replacement face piece, just have to she'll out $38 for a new piece.

I am very sorry to disagree but the mask was awful ! I wore it the first night and I got as far a 3:00 am and went back to my ResMed mask I found the design of this mask poor as a CPAP user am am always looking but the main design flaw is in the nasal pillow the problem is the rigid plastic part connected to the softer pillow section in digs into your lip and no it was not too tight it is one thing to try it on in the office and another to sleep in it the head gear was design well but not the mask and I should know I am an Industrial designer by trade.
