CPAP Supply USA is now offering Mask Assembly Kits to patients who need parts to refresh or rebuild their masks. This Assembly Kit includes the mask frame/cushion combo, and, optionally, you can add the headgear.

The Fisher & Paykel Zest™ Nasal Mask Assembly Kit includes the following :

The Zest™ nasal mask frame system with one cushion (you may select one of the following):

400HC559 – Petite
400HC543 – Standard
400HC560 – Plus

Optional Selection :

400HC314 – Headgear for the Petite and Plus
400HC316 – Headgear for the Standard

Without the additional headgear, this package only includes the mask cushion and frame.
