This is the second ResMed water tub that has started leaking after only 2-3 months of use. Can't tell exactly where the leak is but it must be between the plastic/metal connection. What gives/

This is a piece of junk. It cracks after 2 months and leaks water all over the floor.

Really like the Resmed machine based on 3+ years of use, but the humidifier tub is a constant problem. Went through 3 of them that leaked immediately after cleaning with the Citrus II Germicidal Spray Cleaner. Diluted bleach doesn't seem to cause a leak immediately, but it will still fail after less than 6 months ending up with a soaked nightstand.

Terrible product. Had 2 months and leaked. Be aware. It is also too small. Cannot make it through a night.

this water tub is a horrible design. It is difficult to clean and mechanically fragile. The tub began to leak almost immediately at a slow rate. The heating element apparently de-bonds with the polycarbonate case. Water works its way between the case and the heating element, leaking out the bottom at the bond line. Slow leak at first, growing rapidly becoming unusable after three or four months.

I like everything about this water chamber but would like to have a replacement seal. Cannot find it anywhere online.

The water tube is to small, it runs dry before I awake. DO they have an oversized option?

I have had to replace the water chamber on the Sense 10 every 3-6 month because of leaks over the last 3 years. I ruined a fine piece of furniture from water damage. I put the CPAP in a container with a block under it to prevent water from draining to the furniture. My Doctor said this leak was not normal and arranged a loaner until the machine I had could be repaired (Still waiting after 11 months for the return of the original). The water chamber lasted about 5 month on the loaner before there was a leak. This time I noticed the leak happened after a storm so I put a surge protector on the machine. There was one other time that a leak happen after we lost power from a thunder storm. I have not lost a water chamber since I put the surge protector on the CPAP!! Is this just luck or is this a solution??

my tub started leaking somewhere between the lower seams and the metal plate after 2 months. I'm not impressed with this unit

I have been using a CPAP machine for over 15 years. I have had my RedMed AirSense 10 for about 2 years. I am very happy with my machine and the humidifier tank. I would have given it 5 stars if I could increase the level of humidity. My insurance (Medicare) covers a new tank every 6 months. I have never had one crack or leak. I find it easy to clean and sturdy.
