This is the only mask I have used. From the beginning three months ago, I have only pulled it off one time during the night. It is very comfortable. When I wake up in the morning, I don't even feel it on. Most nights, I do have to adjust the pillows to get a tight fit, but my two nostrils ARE different sizes. Being a stomach sleeper, I have no problems with this mask. I just put my head on the very edge of the pillow and the mask stays in place. And only rarely do I have any marks on my face from the gear. It sits about an inch below my eyes. I use the small pillows, and so if you have very small nostrils, this may not work for you.

If you have any trouble with slippage, I know it sounds strange, but I turned the headgear on the gel frame around so it is adjustable in back, and PROBLEM SOLVED! Don't give up, adapt and overcome. It really is worth it. I feel 100 times better during the day now.

I have been using this for 5 months and for th epast 2 months the air leakage constantly interupts my sleep. The headband does not stay in place very well either, but with that said, it is better than the alternative full mask. Also, if your mouth opens during sleep, make sure you get a good chin strap

The best CPAP mask and headgear I have used! Fits perfect with no leakage.

This item pushes down onto my upper lip which is uncomfortable. I have to hang the tubing off my high chest to alleviate the pressure on my upper lip. Also the mask fits better when I do this. This severely limits movement though. I do not recommend this mask at all. I have used cpap for 10 years. I have been using my 9 year old nasal pillow instead of my new Nuance.

Most comfortable mask to use with only one drawback: the rear section of the upper headgear gets very damp with head sweat and does not dry during the day. It is very sticky to the touch. Daily rinsing will not extent the life cycle . Fabric surface as used on the front section would be much better. $36 for the replacement headgear seems a bit steep!?

I love this mask. I've used a nasal mask and a full face mask previously. The nasal mask hurt my nostrils and the full face mask gave me claustrophobia. I have very small nostrils and this is very comfortable and comes in small, medium and large, which is great. The small fits perfectly. It doesn't leak and you can sleep on your side without it moving. The gel straps are very comfortable on your face. I can't say enough about this mask. I don't even know I'm wearing it.

Do not buy this if you have a small head or small nostrils. The cushion around the mostril holes would be comfortable if it only fit right. Constant air leakage with the slightest movement.

i like better then a full mask or nose mask my problem with it is after the first month the head gear was worn out. the top strap has a slot to hold the air hose and i think the nose pillows fit better that way then having the hose hang down, but it causes the head gear to get lose during the night. im a side sleeper,if u sleep on ur back its perfect.if the headgear didnt get lose or wear out so quick it would be perfect..also some tips ..dont over tighten the pillows against ur nostrils and you can use a water-based lubricant to help make a seal and prevent irritation got mine at walmart for 99 cents "ky".

I started using CPAP about 2 years ago, I have loved this mask. I have a very large noggin, I have the head gear almost as far as it will go, but I have never had any problems with it. I use the medium pads, but I can get the small to work if need be. I used to sleep with my mouth open, but this has trained my mouth closed. I don't believe I will ever change masks unless they stop making this mask heaven forbid.

I like this one alot, soft nose pillows, 3 sizes, but I like my last one better. It controlled the rotation of the nose piece, this one does not. Wish i knew what brand that last one was. When one moves around at night, nose piece will load my upper lip, then I need to adjust where hose is laying, my last on constrained that hose loading of the nose piece on my upper lip.

Comfortable when new. The fabric of the head straps is just barely small enough fully tightened. After a few months, it is too stretched out to fit well. I wish I could start with a smaller size and then tighten up as it stretched. The gel inserts have fallen out on both of the ones I have. I super glue them in, but have to do that about every month or two. They need to develop a better system to hold them in.

I must say I was skeptical about this mask by some of the reviews. This was one of the 3 masks shown to me at my sleep study. I chose it because it didn't seem cumbersome. It isn't. And I'm glad I chose it. It fits right every night. I have never gotten less than 96% mask leak on my machine. That was the first two weeks. I've been on cpap for 3 months. I will and have recommended it to my friends and siblings who are cpap users. Oh the one complaint my wife hates the air that comes out of the vent. So I have to change which way I sleep.

This mask is the worst I have ever had. I would say it is great for someone with a small head. The adjustment strap lays right at my eyes.I wake up every morning looking like someone has been smacking me around. and the gel pads only touch about half way up my cheeks. I have the average size head for a man "not fat". Yes to everyone ,I'm a experience user for over 10 years. Why do these companies not take in consideration that everyone will not have the exact same size head or bone structure and make several sizes.

Head gear does not fit properly> Air leakage is a problem. But mostly the gel pads fall off and you can not put them back!this is only in 3 weeks!!
