Standard shipping is our default shipping method. We will use the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your package. All shipping charges are calculated by the courier and will be displayed at the time of checkout. CPAP Supply USA will ship select products internationally. The customer is responsible for all shipping, import, and brokerage fees from UPS Worldwide or your country’s customs center.
CPAP Supply USA is happy to offer free standard shipping (2-10 business days, once processed) on orders over $49. For orders under $49, shipping charges are calculated by the courier and will be displayed at the time of checkout. Customers can upgrade shipping to our UPS expedited options at an additional cost. To locate these prices, add your desired items to cart and begin the checkout process, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method after entering your address.
Orders ship within 1‑3 business days once purchased (this excludes weekends and major holidays), except for products marked as drop-shipped. Due to chain‑supply shortages, you may experience delays in the processing and shipment of drop-shipped items. All price estimates for expedited shipping are based on business days only. Saturday delivery is available with express shipping, but at an extra charge. You must call in to speak with a customer service representative to choose this delivery method. Please note that UPS Ground service always includes Saturday delivery but expedited options do not.
To ensure safe delivery, the shipment of lithium batteries is regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and numerous shipping agencies (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.). Per DOT and FAA constraints, lithium batteries cannot ship overnight. However, we can ship lithium batteries overnight with the purchase of a unit (as the battery is contained within the unit).
