Battery life depends on capacity and conditions of the batteries. In general, the device can operate approximately 4 days with new batteries, based on a usage of a 20-minute daily treatment, or 90 continuous minutes.

What is the lifetime for the Sunset Mini Mesh Nebulizer medicine cup?
One year. Medication cup should be inspected after each cleaning for physical damage, cracks, or leaks. If medicine cup is not in good condition or takes longer than 10 minutes to deliver 2mL of medication, it should be replaced.

When do I need to clean the medication cup?
The medication cup should be cleaned after each use. You can clean the medication cup by running a nebulization cycle with distilled water. Remove the medication cup after cycle and rinse inside and out with distilled water. Let air dry.
How do I clean the main unit?
Clean the main unit by wiping it off with a moistened gauze. DO NOT rinse or immerse the main unit in liquid. Do NOT poke the mesh on main unit with finger, cotton swab or any objects.
When should I disinfect the Sunset Mini Mesh Nebulizer?
The medication cup and mouthpiece should be disinfected - Before using the device for the first time. - After the unit has not been used for more than a week. - Twice a week during normal use.
How do I disinfect the Sunset Mini Mesh Nebulizer?
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and turn off heat. Place medication cup and/or mouthpiece in boiled water for 10 minutes to disinfect. Shake off excess water and air dry.
Can I put the mouthpiece assembly in the dishwasher?
No. You should not put your mouthpiece assembly in the dishwasher. Please follow the recommended cleaning instructions.
