Love the fact that it is lightweight and comfortable, but hate the wway the straps are fastened to the mask. They unhook to easily and if you have to get up for something when you come back to bed you have to try to reconnect any straps that have come loose. Just not a fan of the open hooks and would prefer a cilp on the bottom which makes it easier to take on and off.

I heard about this mask a few weeks ago and was excited to get it. Exceeds my expectations! This mask is so wonderful! Light on my face, comfortable, no marks on my forehead...this is AMAZING! Thank you CPAP SUPPLY USA! My local provider wanted almost $300 for this. My insurance doesn't cover these supplies and I am glad I found out about you! Your customer service is 2nd to NONE! :)

This mask is light weight, durable and not too bad in it's pricing. Haven't had any problems with this mask so far, been using it for about 8 months.

Thank you! Finally a light weight mask and inexpensive at that. It works GREAT !

I love the mask seal, but I have two issues. It disconnects at the side hooks too easily, so when I make a late night trip to the restroom, I have to turn the light on to reconnect it when I get back in bed. My wife finds gives a groan, so I know it irritates her. The other issue is it slides up at night. So, I frequently wake up with my ears hurting because the strap is folding my earlobes up. I compensated by cutting an old head strap into one length and using it as a chin strap.

Way too fragile !!
Side straps tear from sleep movement !
Top strap holders which are stronger plastic stretch thus causing strap to come undone.

I have used the Swift nasal pillow since this product line came out. But when I had my new study done I needed a much higher sleep number and the nasal pillows leaked to much. After trying a few differant nasal masks I decided that the Mirage FX Nasal was the best for me. It was supper light comfortable yet strong enough to seal at the higher preasures. I highly recomend this mask. The Resmed FX line is top notch in my books.

I have been sing the mask since February 2012 with great comfort. I havehad no problems with breakage or straps getting loose. I just raise the right side lower strat off the mask's hook and then slpi off the mask as if I was removing a hat from the back, forward. To put back on just slide it down fron the top front while holding the rear straps downward.

I sincerely believe the reviews were written by the ResMed marketing Department. While it is comfortable during a fitting, continued actual use produces sore areas on the bridge of the nose and even a small cut. The top of the nose device has a sharp plastic edge that easily creates an irritation on the nose bridge. After nightly use, I had a sore and black and blue nose. Designers should use the device themselves nightly before they are put on the market for patients. I would NOT recommend this model to anyone!

this could be a good mask if they lower hooks were strengthened reinforced or made into a solid loop, my mask failed after 3 months use improvement needed in design

why a middling score for a great mask? Sizing! One size do not fit all, considering most apnea patients are full figured folk. Beware, the wide mask is narrower and squatter, so it hits the nose bridge, making it uncomfortable. Also the vent holes circle the front which can blow air up to the eyes, a bit of tape will alleviate that problem if its a bother.
i found the open hooks superior to other methods of closure. If you are a medium or small, YOU will like this mask.

I have been using this mask for about a year now and, there is no way I would go back to my old mask. It is light weight and, easy to use. Once you use this mask you will never want to use anything else.

This is a really nice mask. I received mines about a week ago and this mask compared to the mask I had at the sleep study is really more comfortable. And easy to pull apart.
