Return Policy

CPAP Supply USA accepts returns on any unopened product within 30 days of order receipt. Select items can be returned opened/used if sent back to us within 30 days of order receipt. Opened PAP machines and oxygen concentrator units can be returned within 30 days of order receipt, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please, contact us at 1‑844‑901‑1685 before sending back any items for a refund, failing to take this action will void the chance of a refund. Bedding products (bed pillows, mattress covers, etc.) are NOT available for returns. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not cover return shipping costs. All returns are subject to our discretion.


We want to ensure that you are purchasing products that suit you best, so you won't need to return them! Our customer service department is extremely knowledgeable in CPAP therapy and will be glad to answer any questions that you may have regarding sizing or product compatibility.


On the rare occasion that a product is received with a manufacturing defect, call our office, preferably within 24 hours of noticing the defect. We will troubleshoot the problem and take the appropriate next steps. If you receive the item on the weekend or after our normal business hours, please leave us a message at 1‑844‑901‑1685. We will return your call on the next business day.



Manufacturer Warranties


CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines carry a manufacturer's warranty. If your machine malfunctions, call our office at 1‑844‑901‑1685 to verify that the machine is still under warranty. If so, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Decisions relating to warranty claims are solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office. Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Rental Machines are available to be used during this time if needed, please call our customer service number for more details on Rental Machines.


Manufacturer warranties do not protect against misuse or water damage. In the case that you send in a product for repair and misuse or water damage is the cause of the product's malfunction, you will have a choice between three options:

  1. The machine can be returned to you at no cost,
  2. You can pay the manufacturer to repair your machine (repair costs will be communicated and collected prior to the machine being repaired), or
  3. You can purchase a new machine at the listed price on our website.
