CPAPSupplyUSA.com provides the rental program for patients who require a unit for a trial period of 35 days. Under this program, you pay for the cost of a 35 day rental and receive a machine for your personal use for the set trial period. This program is subject to our Machine Rental Policy as follows:

After your completed order of a rental machine through CPAPSupplyUSA.com, we will send your sanitized machine with one new span of tubing and one new foam filter. From the date of your placed order, we allow for a TOTAL of 35 days (including transit time to reach our office) for one rental period. If the machine is not received at our office on the 35th day of your rental from the date of purchase, we will apply a charge to your credit card of 80% of the machine's retail value, minus the $250 deposit, as listed on CPAPSupplyUSA.com that day. Purchasing another trial period through CPAPSupplyUSA.com can extend rental periods for an additional 35 days.

Our Machine Rental program allows our customers to purchase a 35-day (including transit) rental period of machines and heated humidifiers. With this rental period, you can test out a machine for a full 30 days (plus five days for transit time) without making any major financial commitment.

We carry many types of machines in our rental fleet (CPAP, APAP, or BiPAP, with a humidifier or travel CPAP, APAP without humidifier). You choose what type you require, and we will send you the next available machine that matches your request. The brand of the machine you receive is chosen solely by CPAP Supply USA. Machines are due back to our office by the 35th day after the date of purchase (this includes transit time). A deposit of $250 will be charged at the time of purchase and refunded when we receive the machine back in the original packaging.

A prescription is required to rent a PAP machine. If you have purchased a machine or mask from CPAP Supply USA prior to your rental purchase, please notify us as we may have your prescription on file. If not, please fax your prescription to us at 866.560.4227 or email a scanned copy to script@cpapsupplyusa.com.
