Return Policy

CPAP Supply USA accepts returns on most unopened products within 30 days of order delivery. The following items are eligible for return opened/used if sent back to us within 30 days of order delivery (a 15% restocking fee will apply):

  • PAP Machines (APAP, CPAP, BiPAP)
  • Oxygen Concentrators

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Bedding products (bed pillows, mattress covers, etc.)

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Missing, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of order delivery. Please, contact us as soon as you notice any error.

Shipping Costs

Initial shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs are refundable only in the instance of an incorrect shipment.

Return Instructions

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for each return. To obtain an RMA, please, contact us at 866‑560‑2727. A refund will not be provided without a valid RMA number, with no exceptions.

On the rare occasion that a product is received with a manufacturing defect, call our office, preferably within 24 hours of noticing the defect. We will troubleshoot the problem and take the appropriate next steps. If you receive your order outside of our business hours, please leave a message at 866‑560‑2727. We will return your call on the next business day. All final refund and replacement decisions are made at our discretion.

Manufacturer Warranty

CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines carry a manufacturer warranty. If your machine malfunctions, call our office at 866‑560‑2727 to verify that the machine is still under warranty. If so, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Decisions relating to warranty claims are made solely at the manufacturer's discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office. Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the manufacturer. Rental Machines are available to be used during this time if needed. Please call our customer service number for more details on obtaining a Rental Machine.

Manufacturer warranties do not protect against misuse or water damage. If you submit a product for repair and misuse or water damage is detected, the following options are available:

  1. The machine can be returned to the customer at no cost,
  2. The customer can pay the manufacturer to repair the machine (repair costs will be communicated and collected before the repair), or
  3. The customer may purchase a new machine at the listed price on our website.
