CPAP Supply USA is now offering Mask Assembly Kits to patients who need parts to refresh or rebuild their masks. This Assembly Kit includes the mask frame/cushion combo, and, optionally, you can add the headgear.

The Fisher & Paykel Simplus™ Full Face CPAP Mask Assembly Kit includes the following :

The Simplus™ nasal mask frame system with one cushion (you may select one of the following):

400HC585 – Medium
400HC586 – Large

Optional Selection :

400HC582 – Small Headgear
400HC583 – Medium Large

Without the additional headgear, this package only includes the mask cushion and frame.
