Please note: This product only includes the replacement headgear for the Fisher & Paykel Opus 360 (sku HC482A) CPAP mask. To purchase the entire nasal interface system, visit the Opus 360 product page. Also, this headgear will not fit the original Opus 482 nasal interface CPAP mask (this mask did not include the 360-degree swivel).
