If you keep the PAP unit after your 30 Day Assurance expires, you will receive 40 Loyalty Points on your CPAP Supply USA account to be used for a future purchase.
If you decide to return the PAP unit within the 30 days of the PAP Assurance Coverage, CSU will refund the purchase price of the unit.
The PAP Assurance only applies to unit purchased, other purchased products are not covered under the PAP Assurance Policy. Shipping charges cannot and will not refunded. At this time BiPAP units are not eligible under the PAP Assurance Policy.
