Our CPAP Machine Rental program provides an affordable, flexible, and convenient solution for those in need of CPAP therapy to treat their sleep apnea. If you are new to CPAP therapy, your primary CPAP machine is under repair, or if you simply need a machine for the short term, you are in the right place.

Renting allows you a full 30 days (plus five days for transit) to try out the equipment and make sure it meets your needs before committing to a purchase. We offer machines from some of the top brands on the market, giving you access to the latest and greatest in CPAP technology and features.

Do I need a prescription to rent a CPAP machine?

Yes, you need a valid prescription to rent or purchase a CPAP machine. Rental machine transactions cannot be completed until your CPAP prescription is on file. View our Prescription Policy for more information.

Do rental machines come with a CPAP mask?

No, rental machines come with tubing, a water chamber, and one foam filter. You can purchase a mask at the time of placing a rental order or use one you already own. Mask assurance is not available on masks purchased with a rental machine.

Will the CPAP mask I currently have work with the rental machine?

How do I send the machine back at the end of my rental period?

How do I know if I will be charged for another rental period?

If you are nearing the 35th day of your rental period, we will reach out via email to inquire whether you plan on extending your rental period or if you are ready to return the machine. If you extend your rental period, we will charge for another month, and if you plan to return the machine, we will send a return label.

The Fine Details - Our Rental CPAP Machine Policy

Our Machine Rental program allows our customers to purchase a 35-day (including transit) rental period of machines and heated humidifiers. With this rental period, you can test out a machine for a full 30 days (plus five days for transit time) without making any major financial commitment.

We carry many types of machines in our rental fleet (CPAP, APAP, or BiPAP, with a humidifier or travel CPAP, APAP without humidifier). You choose what type you require, and we will send you the next available machine that matches your request. The brand of the machine you receive is chosen solely by CPAP Supply USA. Machines are due back to our office by the 35th day after the date of purchase (this includes transit time). A deposit of $250 will be charged at the time of purchase and refunded when we receive the machine back in the original packaging.

A prescription is required to rent a PAP machine. If you have purchased a machine or mask from CPAP Supply USA prior to your rental purchase, please notify us as we may have your prescription on file. If not, please fax your prescription to us at 866.560.4227 or email a scanned copy to Please note we must receive a copy of your prescription before completing the rental transaction. After your completed purchase of a rental machine through CPAP Supply USA (subject to applicable shipping costs as defined in our Shipping Policy), we will send your sanitized PAP machine with a new span of tubing, a new water chamber, and one new foam filter. Please note, we do not allow customers to order a mask with mask assurance while renting a machine.
