ResMed is temporarily adding C2C devices to our fleet for sleep and respiratory care devices:

1

To serve the constantly growing backlog of patients waiting to start therapy, or to replace a device that is at the end of its design life, we’re temporarily adding C2C (Card-to-Cloud) PAP devices to our fleet of connected sleep and respiratory care devices.

2

We remain committed to our connected health strategy and continue to invest in innovating our digital solutions today.

3

Adding C2C devices to our portfolio of offerings is a temporary decision, specifically aimed at alleviating the unmet needs of hundreds of thousands of patients worldwide waiting for ResMed PAP therapy while CAM (Communications Access Module) supply remains constrained.

C2C FAQs

  1. What is C2C?

C2C, or Card-to-Cloud, refers to the ability of healthcare providers to access patient therapy and usage data via the device’s SD card. While all ResMed devices capture and safely store patient nightly usage data, Air10™ C2C devices cannot relay data directly to the cloud. However, there are steps that can be taken so the data is available for the patient and clinician. Clinicians can use AirView™ to log patient data using the Air10 C2C devices by manually downloading the data off the patient’s SD card, located on the side of the Air10 C2C device.

Adding C2C devices to our portfolio of offerings is a temporary decision specifically aimed at alleviating the unmet needs of hundreds of thousands of patients worldwide waiting for ResMed PAP therapy while CAM (Communications Access Module) supply remains constrained.  We remain committed to our connected health strategy and continue to invest in innovating our digital solutions today.

  1. How can I tell the difference between a connected Air10 device and an Air10 C2C device?

There are a few ways to identify if you have an Air10 C2C device.

A. Refer to the home screen when the device is powered on.

For Air10 CAM devices, there is a symbol in the top-right corner of the user interface (circled below) which identifies the cellular connection, as shown in image 1 and image 3.

For an Air10 C2C device this symbol will not appear on the User Interface, as shown in image 2 and image 4.

B. Refer to the product labeling on the back of the device.

A connected Air10 device label on the back of the device contains only serial number information (example shown below):

An Air10 C2C device label on the back of the device will contain serial number information as well as two or three symbols (depending on your device type).

For AirSense™ 10 AutoSet™, and AirCurve™ 10 VAuto, ASV and ST C2C models, the label will appear with two additional symbols (example below on this device label):

For the AirCurve 10 ST-A C2C model, the label will appear with three additional symbols (example below on this device label):
