I have had this machine for two weeks now and have been completely satisfied. It is quiet enough that my wife can sleep well, and the small amount if noise it does make is actually good white noise to help you sleep. The variable ramp up time is very helpful and I have reduced my ramp up time from 15 minutes to 10. I will probably go down to five soon as I get more used to the machine. Thatt is a great feature. I have the H4i humidifier and it is fantastic. I set on the II (of IIIII) scale initially and left it there. It is prefect for me but in dryer climtaes you will be able to get as much humidity as you need. The electronic readout is helpful to let you know the numbber of hours you have used the machine and how many nights you have used it. The EPR is another great feature that I had no idea about when I got the machine. It really makes breathing very easy with this machine. When I wake up I am breathing as easily and as normal as if I wasn't strapped into a nose mask. This is my first CPAP machine nad I am completely satisfied.

I've been using this machine for a couple of months now and it is wonderful! I'm in my fourth year of CPAP therapy and have used three other machines prior to this one and I can say that the RESMED is quieter than any of the others. The Eazy-Breathe technology really works and the machine seems very well built. Best of all, my wife is happy with the RESMED too. She says she can hear the birds chirping outside our window in the morning - something she's been deprived of for the last three years.

Love this machine. I have had it for a couple of months now and it is great. Very quiet, easy to use. Love the easy breathe, it makes quite a change when trying to nod off to sleep. I had another machine prior to this one and do not regret the old one breaking down at all now.
